Turnkey Management Solutions ("TKMS", "we", "us") manages short-term rental properties on behalf of property owners. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
We use this information to manage properties, communicate with owners and guests about reservations and property matters, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, produce owner statements, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.
TKMS communicates with property owners by SMS text message about matters relating to the management of their property — maintenance, scheduling, guest issues, and account questions. Owners provide their mobile number and consent to these messages when entering into a management agreement with TKMS.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other rights or obligations under your management agreement; we will continue to reach you by phone and email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf is permitted where necessary to deliver the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only as needed to operate: booking platforms and the property management system we use to administer reservations, cleaning and maintenance vendors assigned to a property, payment and accounting providers, and messaging providers that deliver our email and text messages. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose. We also disclose information where required by law.
We retain owner and reservation records for as long as the management relationship is active and afterward for the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Requests that conflict with a legal retention obligation may be limited to what the law allows.
